ORDERING POLICIES

KRANK KULTURE does not accept returns, and all "sale" or "discounted" item purchases are FINAL! Customers' requests for exchanges or reports of errors or damaged items must be made within (3) business days of the delivery date.  Please consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out, if available.  


EXCHANGES are subject to a processing fee of $15 per item. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out! Please email us at KrankKulture@gmail.com with the subject line 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and reason for the return, to receive exchange instructions.


Approved claims for returns will be issued a store credit in the form of a Krank Kulture E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are NOT eligible to be exchanged. 


It is recommended and strongly advised that customers get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.


Order alterations generated by Krank Kuture will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order and refunded via E-Gift Code in the case of unavailable or canceled items. 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

 

Shipping times: 

  • Domestic shipments generally take 2-7 days in transit. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. 
  • The shipping varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout. 

Shipping cost:

  • Shipping rates are flat for domestic and international orders. 
  • Orders of $100 or more will have free shipping for domestic orders only.
  • Orders of $99 and less will be charged for shipping. The total price will be displayed at checkout. 

 

KRANK KULTURE is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package, please get in touch with the carrier directly. Once the order is in possession of the carrier, we do not see it again. KRANK KULTURE cannot replace items lost by the Post Office or stolen for free. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

 

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our staff does not work these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families. 

 

==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward to Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
